It’s another great day to be alive! Looking up at the sky and even nature surrounding. No matter what you are facing, make the most of each and every day. I’ve learned over the years the benefits mindful practices can have on you. Let’s take a moment to appreciate all we have, practice the 4-7-8 breathing technique with me.  We are going to breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. Close your eyes and do it for 4 cycles in a row. Now open your eyes. Let positivity fill the air! As we age seeing the positive in life can seem almost impossible, especially in the Senior community.
