"This is to make you aware of the exceptional asset your company has in your program manager. She spent time with family members to set-up a contract for our mother. We cautioned her about our mother's past behavior. She complied with our wishes, tailored the contract to our mother's specific needs. For this, she should be commended"

"Our mother, Evelyn P., was attended by the wonderful ComForcare staff. I will never forget how these busy ladies would take a minute out of their hectic schedules to stop by her apartment just to say "hello", give her a kiss or just hold her hand. All of these girls became her family and she loved them. When we couldn't be there, we knew our mother was in loving and caring hands. Her every wish was their command, and they pampered her endlessly. These girls were so very special and were so very much appreciated and loved by us all."

"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone associated with ComForcare for the services they provided to my Dad. I never had to worry once we went to 24 hour care about scheduling or coverage. I always knew someone would be there. All of the caregivers were wonderful, professional, reliable, competent, gentle and caring. My dad was comfortable with each one of them. They kept me updated and were helpful and informative when I called numerous times each day. Your staff gave me peace of mind during a very sad and difficult time and I am grateful."

"Thank you for your assistance in helping to provide senior services to my mom Valerie. My family and I, and most importantly my mom, always felt that the ComForcare staff would provide her with the best care and compassion at a difficult time."

"I want to tell you how pleased I was with the extra care I ordered for my mom while I was on vacation. Her caregivers have always done a nice job with my mom. My mom was very pleased with them and tells me they were extremely competent and caring."

"Thank you so much for your diligent and patient care for my parents! We couldn't keep them together without you! Right from the start, you tried hard to work out hours that worked best for us. Tina and Kelly went way beyond what was expected of them!"

"I just want to tell you how much I appreciate Tina! She goes way above the call of duty and genuinely cares for my folks. I thought you should know how much we appreciate her."

"I would like to let you know that Denee was an excellent aide. She is very efficient and willing to do anything you ask her. Thank you for your services."

"I wanted to thank you again for your services this past year with Mother and Dad. You accommodated us when you first took us on because we only needed caregivers 1-2 hours a day. It gradually got to a point where they just couldn't live on their own anymore! We want to thank you so much for all the extra time and effort you gave our folks. We know there were difficult times. Mom and Dad enjoyed the girls."
Donna
"Felt it was important I take a moment and thank you and the ComForcare team for the love and kindness extended to my mother. Never did I think we would develop such close ties with the team members, in just one short month.
I greatly appreciate your personal efforts in building this team of caregivers for Mom. Your understanding and concern when I called asking for a change, or asking if we would have a particular caregiver work more for Mom it was never an issue. You always put her needs first.
Where do you start thanking and recognizing the caregivers. Kristina, D, B, L, Mary and Margaret represent to us the best team one could ask for to look after Mom. It was much more than the care given, it was the true love and concern shown by each of these girls that makes the difference. All the little things done on their own, a New Years hat and horn, eggs just the way Mom liked them, holding her hand during a tough moment, all made a difference. Even after we had to suspend care for Mom, I receive calls wanting to know how she is doing. Met Kristina and Mary yesterday at the [apartment complex], I received the warmest hug anyone could ask you. For this and so much more we say thanks, God bless.
We do not know what the future holds. At 96 years of age, I can only hope for peace and comfort for Mom. If God allows her to return to her apartment, we look forward to again working with the ComForcare team.
Thanking you and the team for all you have done."
