The intake process was thorough, complete, respectful and executing in a pleasing style.  Certainly, by the time she took leave, we all knew the plan, what to expect and even what to do if anything didn't go according to said plan.  I was also able to speak to one of your other Nurses on the phone one evening and she too was quite helpful and reassuring regarding some minor challenges we were facing.

As for our caregiver, who was with us for the entire stay at home and who - to me - is the "face" of your company: I just couldn't say enough good things about the lady. Not only does she know and follow the technical guidelines of her profession (I am a former Physical Therapist and can attest that she was "spot-on" in terms of those parts of the care that would be most familiar to me), but she delivers care with more than a modicum of compassion and understanding - very genuine.  I feel fortunate that my Aunt was in her care and I'm sure you already realize, but I will reinforce, how fortunate your organization and your patients are to have her on your team.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the true dedication of several aides that were with my mother - Lana is a wonderful woman full of compassion and caring ... she called my mother "her baby" and always treated her with great respect - I could count on Lana to keep me up tot date on everything, she is a treasure.  Laura spent many nights with my mother and was another example of true dedication and caring.  And while Abigail was only with my mother for a few weeks, she was with my mother and I at the end and I found her to be a great comfort and a beautiful and caring young woman.

It is very clear that you and your team love your work and you do an outstanding job at providing the assistance required.  Please know that you not only aid the individual that you provided the services to but also their entire family ... I am thankful that we had you as part of our lives at a time when we needed the help to give my mother the care she needed.
