"We love to treat people the way we treat our family."
Entrepreneurial Spirit and Deeper Connection
Growing up in Indonesia, Christian's parents owned their own business, and even as a young child, he was inspired by their ambition, drive, and work ethic. When Christian grew up and began to feel unfulfilled working in corporate America, he and his wife, Earlyn, decided it was the right time to follow in his parents' shoes and start their own business.
Of course, connecting with their community and making a meaningful difference in the world was a top priority when deciding what to do next. When the couple learned about ComForCare, it became clear that this was the perfect fit for their next chapter in life. They knew that their combined personalities would serve their community in powerful ways, and the mission spoke to them personally. Together, this husband and wife duo are ready to hit the ground running and couldn't be more excited.
Inspired by Their Own Experience
In an unfortunate twist of fate, Christian and Earlyn both lost their grandparents to complications from falling accidents. Falling seemed so common that they thought it was a natural part of aging. But, now they know their grandparents didn't have the proper care they needed at the time.
While they can't go back and change things for their grandparents, they are inspired today, knowing they can help other families receive the quality care they deserve.
The Heart of the Matter
"We are all about family and love to treat people the way we treat our family."
When Christian and Earlyn set out to begin this chapter of their lives, they knew that treating their clients like family was the most important thing.
"We consider our caregivers an extension of ourselves and our family," adds Earlyn. "When our clients meet our caregivers, they will see caregivers who are unbelievably passionate about their jobs."
Christian and Earlyn also care deeply about their caregivers' professional growth and happiness because they want everyone in their ComForCare circle to be as fulfilled as possible.
"We're here to treat others with the utmost dignity and passion. And, have fun doing it!"
