We are happy to have each of these caring individuals as part of home care family in Dayton, Ohio:

John Ikirt, President & Owner

John is passionate about healthcare and has spent twenty plus years putting the needs and well-being of the people he serves first. Prior to owning ComForCare Home Care, he served in management and executive positions with Johnson & Johnson and proudly served as a US Army Officer. John grew up in the Miami Valley and is a long-term resident. He and his wife, Kim have two daughters, Delaney and Makaley. John earned his BS and MA from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Michele Grant, CNA, Client Relations Specialist

Michele has more than ten years’ experience in the field of healthcare. She has extensive office and home care experience. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has found her passion to be helping people maintain their independence while remaining in their home. Her compassion for the well-being of our clients and our employees makes her one of the cornerstones of our team. Prior to ComForcare, Michele worked at Children’s Hospital of Dayton. She has two daughters, Whitney and Brooklyn and a son named Lucas.

Nadina Plank

Nadina has been employed with ComForcare Home Care since 2012 when she started as a STNA, in the field as a caregiver. She is currently ComForcare’s Human Resource, Caregiver Relations and has the additional responsibility of client quality assurance. Besides her two children, Jessica and Dustin, her greatest achievement is that she is able to share her caregiver knowledge to her employees. Being able to see them become great caregivers as they continue their career fills her with pride. Her favorite part of being a caregiver is seeing the smile on client’s faces, knowing ComForcare did a great job.

Rose Sheley

Rose is the newest addition to our office team. For 8 years she owned and operated her own preschool in Colorado. When she moved back to her hometown of Centerville, she decided it was time for a career change. Having cared for many family members with health concerns. She became a CNA and is now our scheduling supervisor and recruiter. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has one son, Kolton.
